For the Christmas gift for a newlywed couple, I decided to make a personalized kitchen tool with their initials. I found it nice to offer a gift that reminds them of their union while being beautiful and useful. My carpenter father helped me a lot with the wood cutting, and I mostly focused on designing the layout, sanding, and pyrography.
I had seen images of puzzle-shaped ceramic coasters, so I wanted to use the idea on a larger scale. I entirely imagined the design of the initials.
